Position Overview
Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, Facilities & Buildings, this position is responsible for leading facility renewal and enhancement projects which will include new construction, mechanical and electrical upgrades, lifecycle renewal and revitalization requiring project management expertise.

Qualified applicants will have a sound knowledge of Building Sciences gained through a 4-year university degree in Engineering or Architecture Technology (CET). In addition, at least five (5) years of recent work experience with significant exposure to project management. Sound knowledge of carbon neutral strategies and energy efficiencies in mechanical and electrical systems as well as using AutoCAD. Project management skills, excellent communications and negotiation skills, a proven orientation for detail and strong organizational skills to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines is essential. The successful applicant will also have a track record as a collaborative team player who can work independently and creatively to assist in developing new technical and logistical solutions.
